Mignolet Project Management (MPM)was established by two professionals in 1988, over the years it was grown into a company employing over 100 people worldwide. We provide professional project management services to a multitude of clients worldwide.

Our clients' projects are diverse and our service covers strategic projects for large organizations as well as smaller one-off projects. We have several experienced teams for projects of all sizes and complexities. This ranges from the provision of integrated multi-skilled teams to the appointment of single project managers.   • Activity identifications, including timeline, responsibilities and resources.
  • Staff analysis
  • Validation and compression of schedules
  • Establishment of governance procedures, standard reports, coding structures, metrics and templates
  • Implementation of Project Offices

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Our Consultants lead project teams on a small-medium scale projects. They regularly facilitate:

  • Program charters that define scope and goals
  • Work specification structures that identify work steps, deliverables, and activities
  • High-level and detailed network-based schedules
  • Activity identifications, including durations, responsibilities and resources
  • Validation and compression of schedules

PROJECT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Our Project Coordinators work under the direct supervision of the on-site Project Manager to:


  • Generate reports to inform you of project status
  • Identify areas that need attention by the project manager
  • Enter data into the project management software for a more effective management
  • Update project files during the normal schedule update cycle
  • Update web sites, shared drives and databases
  • Serve as an on-site expert in project management software tools
